In order to reduce production pressure and improve our efficiency, our factory brought in two sets of brand new CNC machining center,the main spindle turns 28000 per minute,and tolerance is ±0.01mm.Until now,we own more than 20 sets of CNC machine, process stainless steel,aluminum,brass,ABS,acrylic and PC material,which enable us to keep promise to our customer.

We provide one stop solution,including material processing and surface finishing.As the important participant on product development stage,we are upgrading our skills to assist designer and inventor to make good product.Take phone back cover with multi layer optical coating for example,it’s expensive to open a new mould as mass production does,therefore during prototyping,we used filming machine to stick film with back cover, update a new surface finishing.
