Cu fiber sheet was displayed on Mesee exhibition press conference on October,2016, it is a new material which has the features of both Copper and Paper.This fiber sheet is melted from braided copper fiber, with high conductivity of Copper and softness/machinability of paper.The thickness is less than 100μm,diameter is 20μm, viodage is up to 75%, and is light weighted,the weight is only one fourth of the copper foil with no interior gap.

According to related research, the heat dissipation of Cu fiber sheet is much better than copper foil due to high voidage and big surface, the surface area is 100 times of copper foil with same thickness. What’s more,as introduced, “The Cu fiber sheet has the same level voidage with stainless steel fiber sheet, it can be passed through by water(liquid) and air, so it will be possible to be combined used with other heat dissipation technologies”.
