●  What is plastic injection molding?

Plastic injection molding is the process by which molded PU parts are made. Inside the machine granular plastic pellets are melted into a liquid form and then compress this liquid into the empty cavity of a mold tool. The plastic will retain the shape of the mold as well as the surface texture of the walls of the cavity. After cooling and curing, the now solidified plastic part is ejected and the molding cycle is repeated. Normally it is used for a certain volume production.

●  What is Sheet metal fabrication?

Sheet metal fabrication is an intergrated cold processing technique,including cut,dash,compound,folder,riveting,split joint,moulding(like autobody) .etc.Use mould or by manual force dash to make plastic deformation, become the desired shape and size.It can be processed into more complicated components by welding or machining.

Sheet metal's remarkable feature is the same part with the same thickness. It has many advantages like light weight,high intensity,electric conduction(can be used for electromagnetic shielding),it is low cost,good performance during mass production.
