Project details:

The flip cellphone is one of the samples authorized by our customer, involved with several processes like ABS electro plating , laser etching ,AL sandblasting,and PMMA polishing.

First of all, the upper cover uses an entire PMMA, requiring skilled craftman to polish on the surface to make the raised middle line;The golden part made of ABS which was electro plated and painted to get the metallic color;Secondly we pay attention to the back cover, it is also made of ABS, we did laser etching to make it even and uniform and then painted it with a rubber coating, finally you can find a delicate prototype with good handfeeling.
