Shenzhen kingco uses five axis CNC machine to mill hook surface parts that hard for three axis miller to finish and parts that require high precision.Our accuracy is up to 0.001mm, below content shows how the turbo was made.

First of all, we checked if the equipment was in good condition,and then loaded aluminum roll onto work plat according to project requirement.

When we got aluminum roll fastened and cutting knife ready,the whole rest machining job would be complished by our five axis machine alone.The lather is capable to do multiple hook face milling and swift knife automaticly, there is no need to adjust location of material while machining,which avoid error resulted from translocation.The straight axises and coordinate axises cooperate  closely during production, conduct following program input by technician.

By taking advantage of the soft character of aluminum, and we set the rotate speed and feed speed of the main axis, after 8 hours’work, the turbo came out. Five axis CNC machine is suitable to produce slide hook face,it is not only with high efficiency but also repeatable, which we recommend as the first choice when make high precision prototype.
