Shenzhen kingco precision modeling co.,ltd provides low volume manufacturing, as is showed in aboved pictures,they are partial of the total 200 sets of cameras project.The camera body is made of ABS material, we used CNC machine to mill a mother model,and the rest were injected accordingly.The texture on the shell is crackle finish which was painted in our house.There are various diameters of CD texture appeared in some key surface,they were made of aluminum and anodized with black color.

When you check the accessories, you will find there are more than 20 pieces of keys,flash lens,menu buttons,which actually requires skilled sanding and polishing job.What’s more, there are several processes involved,including stainless steel sheet metal,ABS electro plating,aluminum anodizing and painting,silk screening, which at the same time show out shenzhen kingco’s super comprehensive processing ability.We are qualified and especially skilled at one stop solution,the camera prototype was finished finally and almost beat the real one in appearance.
