We designed and manufactured this prototype for sample use, the geometry and appearance involve several complex processes.

First of all, the c chamfer made by diamond cutting craft is one of the popular appearance handling methods,which requires extreme high speed of machining lathe and diamond milling cutter. 

What's more, the logo on the back cover is shining displayed,using customized aluminum and was painted with strong adhesive power.
