Project details:

Moto XT800+ is a smart phone came into the market in 2010, it had been chased after by mobile users especially by high income people.It has gold plated body with ture leather texture decorated on the back which displays extreme luxury style. You can image how we learned the light spots of this phone with designer to produce the prototype.

The body shape which seems like cobblestone was machined by precision CNC, the golden area was made of electro plated ABS; What's worthy mentioned is the leather covered back part, it cost our craft master much time to try and finish to make a uniform and beautiful appearance, and it came out successfully to attract people’s attention.Meanwhile,the brown color and printing were no easy job,which required excellent color tone.

Order processes:

When order confirmed it will be put into kingcosz’s production schedule.Programming,CNC machining,handcraft pre assembling, special surface treatment, painting,silk screening, final assembling and professional quality inspection.The prototype would be handled by dozens of craft masters to be manufactured from one piece of design drawing to a real sample, it normally takes 3-7 days.
