Anion hot and cold beauty instrument prototype is made of ABS and PMMA as you can check from the picture. The body is designed to be aparted and milled by CNC machine,where we did precision machining to control the gap.As for the support base and keys assembled into the body, they are made of PMMA, which were polished to display shining appearance. After pre fitting, the body and other parts need to be processed for post handling, including sanding,toning,painting and silk screening to gain the final effect.However, the glossy silver part was electro plated on ABS material, it comes with fine metallic feeling and color retention.
